The air conditioning was refreshingly cold after a long day out, and breakfast omelets made to order were a good start to each day.

The hotel staff was not friendly. I walked into the office several times and no acknowledgement was made.

This was a real good stay for the price. The room of the hotel was well-maintained and pet-friendly with microwave and good AC, as example.

The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was more than just cereal and toast; we were pleased. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We would have liked to have had two chairs in the room instead of just one.

simulated wood flooring, clean outdoor pool, convenient access to main strip
Room amenities need better maintenance, like refilling shampoo. A strong smoke-free policy could enhance guest comfort and experience!!!

It was a convenient location to the conference I attended, and it had a very competitive rate.
Daily room service and cleaning were adequate, but not the best.

The Queen Room was newly renovated and felt fresh and clean. The simulated wood floors were a nice touch-no musty carpets! The AC worked great, keeping the room nice and cool during our hot stay. The light-up vanity in the bathroom was a little flashy but fun, and the walls had a calming blue and gray color. It was easy to relax. We loved having the pet-friendly option!

Families who like clean rooms
The pool was clean , very private and located among the trees. I also appreciated the hotel being pet free , since my son's allergies would be a problem otherwise.
It wasn't exactly a bargain , but I guess you get what you pay for.

We visited many of the town's family attractions such as Silver Dollar City and Butterfly Palace. These were perfect for our 5 oyear old daughter.
No gym facilities were onsight

Convenience of location and room rate. Good views and clean bedding.
The check in lady tried to raise our rate over what we had signed up for using Book.com. Pitched a fit and they brought it back down. A/c was totally off in the room and took it until the next day to actually cool down, so the first night was a little miserable in the heat. Second night cooling was great. Also a bit surprised we were on 3rd floor with no elevator.
